Mickybo and Me
For my 2nd Baxt class, I decided to show them a film made in Northern Ireland based in 1970 called Mickybo and me. It is about two boys who think they are cowboys and run away from home trying to get to Australia during the height of the troubles. I showed it in English with English subtitles and also prepared questions and a vocabulary list.
